About Us
The Planning Advice Bureau has been established to overcome difficulties & confusion in the Planning
system. We provide information and guidance for the public to simplify the process and help them
understand the issues involved. We offer a wide range of services to suit each situation & ultimately
achieve Planning approval. Our team consists of fully qualified professionals to address key issues
in the appropriate manner. We are experienced in negotiating with Planners and have a proven track
record in turning 'refusal' recommendations into 'approvals'.
